Whitefish, MT

Whitefish is the quintessential mountain community, complete with its own lake and ski mountain.  The town was surveyed and dedicated in June of 1903, with the Great Northern Railway as a means of sustaining the economy. Amtrak has taken over the train station and still resides as a popular means of transportation from Montana to other NW states – and to Canada.
